HP India has introduced the new HP G-series notebooks. Designed with style and portability in mind, the company said the HP G-series offers a good combination of performance, looks and value for consumers’ everyday use.
HP G42 and G62 are meant for consumers seeking productivity tool to accomplish daily tasks whilst enjoying a connected, hassle-free multimedia experience. The HP G42 and G62 are available in a choice of chic Charcoal Grey, Velvet Red and Imperial Blue HP Imprint finishes.
New HP G-series laptops come equipped with Intel Core i3 or Core i5 Processor Technology and promise up to 5.5 hours of battery life with an integrated 6-cell battery. Measuring under 1.24-inch thin (at its thinnest point) and starting from 2.2 kg, the HP G-series notebooks fuse advanced technologies with stylish designs. Both G-series laptops feature a full-size, ergonomic pocket-style keyboard with flush touchpad, and up to 750 GB (only for the HP G62 model) storage space for work, music, photos and other multimedia content.
Choose from the 14-inch or the 15.6-inch HD HP BrightView LED Display as per your needs to amplify your entertainment experience while surfing the web, checking email, connecting with friends on the built-in webcam or listening to music powered by Altec Lansing audio speakers.
Complete with the latest HP imprint finish and fingerprint-less design, the HP G42 and HP G62 notebooks are designed with the environment in mind and are EPEAT registered at the Silver level in recognition of their energy efficiency and other environmental attributes.
The HP G-series is expected to be made available across India at a price starting at Rs. 34,500 (taxes as applicable). These laptops will compete with the new Dell Inspiron, Acer Aspire Timeline, MSI and Asus laptops in that price segment.
